Nothing really

If you **** up on this caller, they stay on your phone line and keep your line busy. Pick phone back up after several minutes and it is still running it's stuff!!! I tried to call number from caller ID and it says that number can not be dialed. The number that is left during message is #8447911539. All that I got was a bunch of musical chiming music.
