This number is being used in nola as a****ential landlord who is scamming to get “new tenants” to send deposit money. They send a tenant agreement and set up a site visit of apartment and everything. They are going to extremes to scam people out of money. Since housing is very limited I’m New Orleans people are falling for this. If the apartment is too good to be true (especially in New Orleans) then it def is a scam
