Leave a CommentThis is Equitable Recovery Solutions. When one calls, one gets the greeting "All Calls Are Recorded" and then you get a person who answers without saying who it is.When questioned, he told me "ERSI" so I told him "Thank You. What does ERSI stand for?" Reply was inevitably another question "Did you receive a call from us?" This went around a couple times and with a bit of anger, I finally got my question answered. To anyone who has bills, sure, take responsibility for them but if people calling can't conduct themselves with orderly, decent communication etiquette, I don't know what to say for them.Myself, I'm getting a good debt settlement attorney to take on my bills and I'm working to get them handled at a greatly reduced rate. That's my advice: If you have work and can cut expenses, etc. to max out paying creditors off, see a good attorney who will field all the calls and handle all the BS, while saving you about 2/3 of what you owe.I saw this below the submit ****on, can't pass up a chance for a wise *****: "Thank you for your contribution! Oh, and please watch your language and post only truthful information." To that I say, "how the***** am I supposed to have any *****in' fun, OK?" :)
