Leave a CommentThis pathetic little debt collections company calls on an acount that is nearly twenty years old,clearly past the california statute of limitations on debt which is only 4 years on open acounts,4 years on written contracts, 2 years on **** agreements and 4 years on promissory notes. Bob then proceeded to threaten with court action because we insisted that the account was closed.
bill collector over 20 yrs old
says I owe a dept from 12yrs ago. They cant tell me what the debt is because they say they do not know. They either cant or wont send my a copy of the original contract with my signature on it. I figure its because there is NO contract or its already been took of some ones books. I am not about to pay them for so****ing I dont even owe!
