Caller asked to please speak to Sandy, then when told that there was no Sandy at this number, he says, "Well then, maybe you can help me" , and s****s with his talk about reposenting the police chiefs fund and just keeps talking when you try to say so****ing. The caller ID said EMINGTON Illinois. This is not the first time I have had this call with the same s**** off of asking for someone, ie Sandy. I have been told by several police that there is no such group and this is a scam.
