This has never been my number

I received a text message from (816)274-2584 saying my stimulus check had been sent back 3 times. That was my last chance to get the check. I knew the number was not from Washington or the state of CA. She is trying to get me to call her so she can what??? This is a scam whatever you want to call it.

Nothing was said, they just ***g on for about 15 seconds and then ***g up.
