Android User Calls and breathes on the phone

Calls several times a day, does not leave messages does not speak. The call is from my hometown. I called the number back and it automatically disconnects.

Anonymous Received a call from this number 4/27/23. Didn't answer since didn't recognize the number. They did not leave a message.

called 3 times in the last day, and every time they ask for someone that is not me. I told them every time to stop calling, but they kept it up. Called a***n this morning and i blocked them.

Automated call stating there is a problem with my Social Security number. Want to know if this is true...
