Calls but leaves no message

Not sure if this is a legitimate phone number/call. Name came across as "Joe Miranda", but I do not know anyone by this name and they did not leave a message.****uming it could have been a telemarketer based on 518 prefix, which is same prefix of my number, so could be a telemarketer using a "s****ing" technique.
