These guys send texts and call (from other numbers) asking to buy your house for cash "as-is". They pretend they are your friends, talk a big game and then lowball you on their offer. They jump between different phone number and try to avoid detection.

This is one of those slime bag “investors“ texting about making an offer on a home I don’t own to a no call listed phone without any prior authorization. Of course that means that they’re s****ing, texting and no call listed phone, and texting without the required consent all in violation of federal law. If you see this message, text them back and give them a dose of their own medicine while you tell them what you think of them. If you know who they are report them. This gods buckets deserve to be prosecuted humiliated and put out of business.
