bugged Calls several times a day every day with no message, if you think I am calling an unknown no. and person back you are crazy.

Comcast, or what we call "Scamcast", constantly calls my husbands cel phone soliciting.  Best way to resolve this is to send a letter via certified mail, return receipt, with signature request upon delivery, requesting that you do not want to receive phone calls and mail (if applies).  That way you will have proof that you have made the request and if Comcast fails to obey your request, you have more power on your behalf to file a complaint.Unfortunately, the rules apply that a company that you conduct business with, even if you have canceled there service, may continue to make contact with you, until you state in writing to stop all contact.I completely agree, it is so irritating when employee(s) of a company will not honor your request to no longer be contacted.  Especially when they call your cel phone and you don't have any idea who it is, who is calling, until you answer.  Fortunately, these days, there are many cel phones with the option of blocking a number.
