Total Scammers. Don't waste your time returning their calls. If you ever been in a tight spot financially and had a payday advance loan, what more than likely happened was some unscrupulous employee of that company probably sold your info to one of these Scam FAKE DEBT collection companies, who then call up folks who've used those type companies and try to convience you that you somehow owe money to them. It's ALL a TOTAL SCAM.  Ironically even though “817” is a Texas area code, they are not actually located in Texas. That’s another SCAM, they are actually calling from outside the United States, more than likely from some Call Bank Center somewhere in India. They are using a phone technology called Voice Over IP or VoIP.  In short that technology allows someone to select an area code of their choice to attach to their phone number.  A***n a total SCAM.
