phyllis they called, i spoke to julian marshall and a guy name frank jefferson and they said a lawsuit was fileda***nst me, for a payday loan. but i was not aware of the scams going but we did work out an agreement i just wasn't sure if i should continue to pay them if they are not legitmate.
