Anonymous Says it’s a landline but it can’t be to text

Says his name is Seth. Sent me picture of himself. Says I gave him my number on the site Plenty of Fish. (I didn't). Says his grandmother just passed away. But then a few messages later, he says his mother passed away.

This was someone calling themselves ICS capital. They were calling asking from someone by a first name but didn’t know the last name of whom he needed. Sounds like a scam call because we have no debts with anyone. After telling them I couldn’t understand him because his connection was bad he ***g up and I blocked that *****.
