Woody 818-224-3800 is a robo-call with a short ring cycle and no messages. There are many online scam reports and lawsuits in federal court involving "Cedar Financial". They have been sued for violating consumer protection and telephone harassment/nuisance laws multiple times. Numerous BBB and FCPB complaints have been lodged.
