I receieved a VERY threatning phone call from "Lance Michael" claiming he was from the federal credit department and they i was being charged with fraud and theft becuase of a pay day loan. he said I was going to be served papers tomorrow by the sheriffs dept and i have to appear in court on Monday. SOO glad to see all these reports, scared the living **** out of me. TOTAL SCAM, the only bad thing is they called me at work so its not like i can see who is calling me and not answer it. These people need to be stopped! if you havent already make a complain on the FTC Bureau website!
