Says his name is Officer John Smith he says he's from the government and he needs to speak to me about so****ing in my name and social security number so I told him to mail me the info and he ***g up and called right back and repeated himself as if he never spoke to me!

Caller was Kaiser, as someone else reported above. It was automated call to confirm appointment. No problem here.

Ben This number is from a VERY unprofessional collections company that has had numerous fraud and scam reports filed a***nst it. DO NOT PAY THEM! BLOCK their number if you have the ability (most VoIP providers will do this). They will harass you endlessly to the point of using threats and foul language. I was told by one of their representatives that if I didn't comply I was Axsing (yes... he said AX-ING) for trouble. I laughed and he got even more mad. Do NOT deal with these people.

Received a text from 818 450-6*** saying "hey girl whats up" I sent a text back to Opt Out and to take me off their list immediately and that I would report them. A couple of seconds later I received a call from this same number. I did not answer it. They left no voice message, but sent me another text "who is this ????????" I did not respond. GEEEZZZZ now while I am typing this out...I get another text from this same exact number "Off what list!!!??? Opt out what r u talking about who is this????" First of all they sent me a text first and they have the nerve to ask who is this? Spam, Fraud you name it. Steer clear of this number and report them!

Who is this and why are they calling me?

Keep getting phone calls randomly thoughout the day to our "UNLISTED" phone line, we don't answer and they don't leave a message. I want them to stop.

Has anyone come across scholarly research/literature re: this 818 450-2400 harassment? Allured by some random add, I do admit having ordered Extenze blue, male performance enhancer. they called back saying they're doing a SURVEY- which considered one population of callers that is protected from FCC (cant be blocked).  Yes I called FCC, told me go to donotcall.com for/donotcall.gov and give them your # (hmmm!). But I already told these scammers not to call me back, yet they still keep on calling (total calls= 10 + 2). Any succeeding calls thereafter is not considered a survey, but rather a harassment that warrants disciplinary action by FCC.I personally think this is more of a:Conglomeration of scammers:•    Add agencies- type in 818 450 2400 adn see what adds you see around it.•    "whocallsme" website seems suspiscious so as "whocalledus"- this do not post your comment right away: ‘wonder why? "Your post is currently hidden but will be displayed later" •    Adds like this should have been screened by GOOGLE -whats up googs! u one of them? •    could the cell phone companies benefit from this *****ing up our minutes)they will tell you i have no idea how I could help you with that, you can c****e your # (note: any c****es made on acct means a $$$ for them, I asked them can FCC help me: "maybe", do you have their #? THESES PEOPLE WON'T STOP CALLING MY HOME OR CELL NUMBER.  I ANSWERED THE PHONE ALREADY AND GAVE THEM INFORMATION AND ASK THEM NOT TO CALL ME BUT THEY JUST IGNORE MY INSTRUCTIONS.  NOTHING HAS C****ED I JUS WANT THE CALL TO STOP

this number calls every other day and when the phone is answered no one is there.  Sometime it sound like someone is on the phone listening and other time it is just silent.  Please stop this call.

Every morning at 8 am they call my fax line......no idea why.
