I jus got a phone call sayin the same thing that monday morning a team of offeicers would be comin to take me off to the court house then jail that I took a loan with cashnet

I rec'd at call at work from a woman, and I couldn't understand her. She said "I will let you speak to my supervisor." A man came on and I could hardly understand him either and told him so. He told me that I owed money that I did not pay back and now I am being arrested at 2:00PM today and so were my Mother and my Daughter and he had their names and my address.  He said he would be calling my supervisor as well. I tried to ask him some questions, and he said "do not interupt me while I am reading this affidavit."  I couldn't understand any of it.  I asked him who he was representing. I don't know what his answer was. I asked for his name.  He said Attorney Kevin Foster. He didn't sound like a "Kevin" to me.  I asked for his phone number. He gave me 323-207-7414. A***n I tried to get some information from him and he told me to shut up.  He said quit asking ****** questions. He told me that several times.  He ended up ****ing up on me because I was still asking him who he was. Like others, he told me I was going to be arrested and taken to court today.He said I owed over $5,000. I also had a message on my ma****e at home from a woman who went on and on, a***n most of it not understandable, and at the end she wished me good luck. Someone please put a stop to these crazy people.

This guy calling himself "Mark Taylor" called, said I had a law suit filed a***nst me.  When I called him back he repeated my social security number, my home address, and said I was going to be picked up at 2:00 and taken to court.  I googled the number, saw several reports of fraud for the same number, and called back and told him I believed him to be a fraud.  I filed a report on the FBI website and the BBB, and several other websites, etc.  The next day I called him back to get more information, like how much money they were trying to extort from me.  I spoke to a another man calling himself "Steve Austin" who said that I had to pay $837.27 or they would pick up my mother and my boyfriend and take them to court.  He knew their real names.  I then spoke to "Jeffery Stewart" who said that he was part of the Taliban and that I should not be surprised to have an IED in my house.  This morning I came in to work and there was a voice message saying, "This is the Taliban.  Call me back."  I am reporting it to the city police and the police where I work.

This guy called me a***n today.  I had c****ed my cell phone number on Monday and somehow he got the new number. I don't know how he got my number because it is a cell number and hardly anyone knows my number.

I have been receiving calls from the same person.  He's been threatening to put my in jail The same people also call from 714-598-4240.  It's a fraud. They are very nasty and I agree with the person above the names do not match the accents. Its scary how much information they have on you.  I will be going to my employer on Monday in regards to this.

I received a call saying that I had an outstanding balance of $900.00 dollars to pay and that I had 3 hours to do so. If the money ws not recieved I would be fired from my job and arrested. I knew that I had never done business with Cashnet before. I en**** in the number online and I come across all these horror stories. i can not believe that I was almost scammed.

my dad had heart surgery next day he kept calling upset my mother told us to pay $750 or my dad going to jail for a payday loan but my dad was in hospital when this man claims my ***her took it out/ im i bill collector and skip traced this man come to find out he acts like he works for jc pennys , playstation, walmart,etc...and try to get you to also " buy" things from him...this guy is a fake i told him my atty that he wanted so bad was hillary clinton and im contacting my uncle who is in fbi he called me a b***h and cursed me out and ***g up on me...

I DONT KNOW WHO THIS GUY IS BUT WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT STOP HE HAS INFORMATION BUT I DONT KNOW WHO IT IS!! WHAT DO I DO?

I am receiving the same threats, this individual known as Gary Brown has called my place of employment 4times already with the same exact script. I do not know how to make it stop

Same here....I was tempted to pay...and it is scary how they have the last 4 digits of my ss #...

They are doing the same thing to me,  they have to be from another country, the names do not match the accent at all and they are not with a law frim as they are not at all professional,  they must read a script,  it's always the same line.   I filed a report with my local FBI Agency today.

This supposably collection agency called me yes****ay saying that Cash net USA was pressing charges on me for fraud and stealing and that I was going to go to jail and then court the next day unless I paid $750.00 in full . It was fraud. I had to cancel my cards. He called me this morning and asked my why my card was declined and I told him because I canceled it. He asked why and I told him because this was fraud and that I reported him to the police department. He told me that he was going to make sure that I lost my job and that he was going to call my work 100 times a day. He's been calling me and harrassing me all day. I think he has called like 15 times today now. I've spoken with the police department, human resources and human resource is going to talk with our attorney.

It's a collection agency.
