YES! Me too ! In fact I am soooo glad to have found this blog. This guy calls me about 10 times a day.He identify's himself as James Anderson and tells me "I can only wish you good luck with the rest of whats left of your life if you don't reply to this phone message" He now after ignoring his phone calls is identifying himself as "Officer James Anderson". I was trying to figure out where he got my SS # from....he always repeats just the last 4 numbers. I did ask him once to send me written proof of this so called debt and he ***g up quickly. But now he is calling a***n, ALOT!!!  We , like others took out a payday loan, once. But paid it back in full. (Its impossible not to , unless you close your checkingaccount, which we did not.) Now I will not be freaking out so badly that I know this is a hoax. Be careful , this has come through on other phone numbers now that he is getting well known. I have had it on the 818 area code, as well as 602,510, and 866. Be careful people.... don't ever give ANYONE more info about you if you KNOW you are in the RIGHT!!!!

hi theres a new now i have been told to pay money to a mr anderson,for a payday loanand i will go to jail and have to pay 3,000 to get out. he wanted me to fax a letter to himof how many payments i can pay and to get  i sent one ***dred and five dollars to himand asked him to send me back a paper for the company i am paying to and he said thathe cant because hes giving me a chance to pay ,then i heard on the news,where its a scamif you cant get a letter from the person or the proper information from the company then so****ing is wrong,it scared me because i dont even have a loan,he is still calling me  he has my daughters numberhe has my information its really so****ing else, and you cant even block the calls when i called back i also hear a lot of noise this weekend i called and it said the number was not in service,and he called me a***n this morning and he said he cant send any information because hes giving me a chance to payhe needed my credit card information when i refured he said that i will be going to jail soon i should settle out of court. so people be careful.

They said I got a paday loan and did not repay it. Was threatened with arrest at work. They had some personal info. NO I never had any type of payday loan. They would give no further info about who and when. They could not speak English, calls were coming from California, unlisted

I jus got a phone call sayin the same thing that monday morning a team of offeicers would be comin to take me off to the court house then jail that I took a loan with cashnet

Edith Scott Who is calling

Called me about 25 times in the last week..threatening to 'put me behind bars" over a payday loan unpaid.  Named my references and threatened to have them arrested too.

Have gotten multiple calls from this number and another number (same man) saying that I owed $5,000 for a loan I never took.  He had my bank account number, ssn, address.  First called my cellphone, now called my office. The voice matched all the descriptions above, a man's voice with either an Indian or ****stan sounding accent.

When the ma****e picked up caller ***g up.

same thing as above. I got a call from Steve and matthew, called the FBI who is aware of it but cant do anything at this time as the calls could be coming from anywhere and are re routed. So I called them myself, called them s***bags and someother choice words. Posted it on facebook and are now going to post it on my****e mobsters where thousands can review it. Matthew said he wanted to "F" me after I called him a s***bag loser so I told him he could do that to his mother, a cow and a pig

I had about 3 different people call me and state that I owe them money. They say that I took a payday loan to an account that did not exist at that time. They say that I owe them 1089.65. The man says that papers would show up at my work the following day which is tomorrow and that charges have been filed. I checked with the court of WA and no charges have been filed. I have no clue what this is.

These people called my friends phone. we are trying to get these criminals caught.

A few days ago I received a call from this number.

It's funny this 'guy' it is only 1 person has called me several times over the past week at my business (all calls recorded) His name has been Sean Richards, Karl Peters, John Greene & Steve so****ing or another. I pulled all the recorded calls and downloaded some free software and in all instances the voices were the same with different names, he has threatend me with losing my job, losing my family/home/future and going to jail. He will only tell me he works in the Credential Department of a Major Credit Buerau. Needless to say his collection practices are illegal and I have turned over all recorded calls to my AG's office hopefully this will stop him.

Indiana I got 3 calls this morning from work from these people. After the 1st call I told them no personal calls at work and ***g up.  They called back 2 more times.  I have told them before not to call at work and they don't care.  I told them if they call a***n that I would be filing harrassment charges on them.  You can't even understand a word that they are saying!

Have c****ed my number because of these people we should have to do this why cant they be stopped?

Tigger 12 Caller has indian accent. Pretends to be an attorney from American Credit Services. Works at the Superior Courthouse of California in Irwin City California. Says that i borrowed money from a place called Quick Cash and that the State of California is pressing charges a***nst me.  Says that i have court on thurs in california and i live in new jersey..

Annoying phone calls with no one on line when picked up.

NOLA I received three calls from the number 919912799100 within a 5 minute period. A man left a message asking for a Jamie Cajon to call him immediately, the second after he got the message & left the call back number of 818-451-4693. He had a heavy, Indian-sounding accent.
