hi theres a new now i have been told to pay money to a mr anderson,for a payday loanand i will go to jail and have to pay 3,000 to get out. he wanted me to fax a letter to himof how many payments i can pay and to get  i sent one ***dred and five dollars to himand asked him to send me back a paper for the company i am paying to and he said thathe cant because hes giving me a chance to pay ,then i heard on the news,where its a scamif you cant get a letter from the person or the proper information from the company then so****ing is wrong,it scared me because i dont even have a loan,he is still calling me  he has my daughters numberhe has my information its really so****ing else, and you cant even block the calls when i called back i also hear a lot of noise this weekend i called and it said the number was not in service,and he called me a***n this morning and he said he cant send any information because hes giving me a chance to payhe needed my credit card information when i refured he said that i will be going to jail soon i should settle out of court. so people be careful.

how the heck do i get them to stop calling.  they are calling my cell phone 1-4 times a day.  and the number that calls is 810-676-161 )incomplete number.   no matter if i answer the number or not it still finds a way to my voice mail.  and gives me this number to call back.  i have done all that i can to protect my infomation.  c****e my bank, but a fraud alert on all my accounts, went to the police... (****ed they told me basicly since i didnt give them any information that they cant do anything)  i have filed a complete with the ftc (federal trade commission)  now i just want them to stop calling my cell phone.  any one that has this issue now what else i might be able to do.  my provider said that they cant block number from calling me.

I received this same call today, 7/16/2009. I was given to a "legal attorney' by the name of all names. John Brown. He said that I was up for 3 criminal charges, including check fraud. He had my work info, my ssn, my husband and sisters names. He said that I would be picked up by the police if i didnt appear in court on this coming monday. He also threatened to call my jobs HR department and get me fired. He then stated that he would have my bank acct and credit cards seized. He was so rude I told him to do wut he needed to do and I ***g up. I called back and spoke with a diff gentlemen who refused to give me any information regarding this fraudulant account. I immediately called my bank and the police. PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!

i got the same call yes****ay 07-13-09 at about 1.15pm he first left me a message an told me to call him back  that it was concerning a payday loan that i had received that if i didnt call back it was going to unfolded on me he said his name was Don lopez his number was 818-451-4031.So i called this number they ask me so questions an they put me on the phone with different person then they ask me my name an then read a number off to see if it was my ssn# an the i told them maybe the they told me that they was charging me with crimial an theft charges i told them i dont know wat they a talken about that i havent recevied any loans an they s****ed shouting why did u do it why did u run with the the money and they told me to call back to the same number an talk to wat they told me was my appointed lawer but they kept sending me to different people

this is a scram stop all payments that  you have done to this compnay and c****e all your credit card info and banking info.  make a frad alert on your credit reports and call the federal trade commision make a complaint with them and go to your local law inforcemnt and file a report.  i got the same call this weekend and these are all the steps i have taken and still are doing.  i called the better business bru.  and they also say to do all these steps that it is a scam.  sorry hope this helps out.  trust me i was freaked out to this weekend when i got the call and tried to figure out what was going on.  i hope this helps.

yes i got the same exact call and I was very upset and I gave the gentleman my credit card informationa is suppose to make a payment on Wednesday, July 15th. I need some advice on how to handle this.  He told me that the polices would come and pick me up at my residence and I would go to court in CA. I was very afraid about this and did not know what to do.  What do you do in a situation like this?

We got the same kind of call as the person above, and stated that there were check fraud charges and racateering charges and he will not stop calling. He had my boyfriends social security number and place of work. This guy gets nasty and s****s threatening. He would not give me his boss when I asked for his boss. He said this is where it stops. He called 6 times today.

the caller stated that he worked for the Federal Agency. He had an accent and there was a lot of background noise. He basically stated to me that due to nonpayment of a payday loan that I would be receiving a subpeona to appear in court tomorrow (thursday) and then 4 hours later be picked up by police and flown to California so I could appear in court on Friday. After arguing with me for about 45 minutes he tried to give me one last out to pay him and then transferred me to his financial staff, who then tried to get my credit card information to do a direct debit of $400. After stating I dont have a credit card I got transferred back to the man I was talking with at first and he told me to type up a statement saying " I did not have any intenetion to run away with the money so I am sending the payment of $844.12 (which is double what I owe) in two payments and that one payment would be made today and the other in a week" I needed to fax that statement to Jason Daesee and Jury Member Kevin Peterson signed and notarized today. When stating the notaries were closed b/c it was after 5 pm he told me to fax the statement and then fax the notarized statement tomorrow. Then he gave me his direct number to call him back on, 818.451.4031. After trying to call that number numerous times I kept getting a busy signal. I can no longer reach this person, Jason Daesee. Is this legitimate?
