If you stay long enough on the phone they will answer. It seems to take them for ever to answer but they do eventually. They claim to be able to lower my interest rate on my credit cards if I want. I told them "sounds good but I'm at work at the moment". They said they would call back and they have been but I haven't answered because I think it's a SCAM. You should NEVER give out personal information to people over the phone unless you are the one who called them (for example, if you call your credit card company and they ask you personal information to verify it's really you). Remember, iden***y theft is at its all time high and you don't want to be a victim.
