i also recieved calls from this number they mention same mode you have allegations and charges and a lawsuit a***nst your ss# and name they will give an ammount of 5-8000 and say if settled with them it will be a /1,500 and we can make payment arrangement so  you can give them a credit card or money gram so they will not be tracked also you must sign so****ing, someone did this never got a reciept the calls are from other company the same thing they were scam for the same thing. what can we do if they already have your info# the calls will keep happening, harrasssing your job/ i had to c****e my phone number, some of these people are very rude. if you do not comply with this they will theaten you about you will be arrested, they do try to comfirmed your information/ another thing they will ask for your attorney to get back with them/ they always end with god bless and good luck with this legal matter.

this no.08527686463 is calling me n my 10 friends. and using slang language. please help us to find that no.even we don't know that why he is calling to us, what is the problem he has with us.

This person named kevin mar speaking with a heavy accent told me I must call this number or have my attorney call . This  is the 3rd call from various numbers I have received saying I owe money . I called the number but it is not in service . This is a total scam and my number was hacked from my emails . I will be calling law enforcement people and press charges a***nst this scammer named Kevin Mar

I have been receiving calls from "Unknown Number" on my cellular for about a month now.  It is always someone with a very thick accent who is demanding payment for a payday loan.  While I did apply for one online in November, I did not accept it once I saw the terms of the loan.  Initially, the caller requested copies of my bank statements to "prove" I did not receive a deposit.  Thankfully, I did not send them!  The most recent attempts have been in the form of voice mail - like the other posts - that a lawsuit has been filed a***nst me & advising me to call (818) 532-9206.  I can't block unknown numbers from my cellular, so I'm not entirely sure how to make this stop.  :(

I just got a call from them too.. I have NEVER had a payday loan out.. But this is the 2nd time a someone has called my house saying a law suit is a***nst me or my husband! They are pushy too!

I just got this call today.  I have had a call at work also.  Several different numbmers - talked to police - they say these fraud calls are where people in other countries have bought USA calling cards and routed the calls through them.  DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION to these people.  If you have a law suit a***nst you, you will receive written notice and a sheriff's employee will deliver papers to your home.  just reject the calls.

I received the same call several times. It is a skam. The caller ft a message stating me or my attorney need to call them back. Said it is a payday loan . Will not give me any info just want money. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. They even have called me at 6am

Got the same call, could barely understand the man. He left a voice mail stating, "A claim had been filed a***nst my name and SS# " I had a payday loan a while ago, but it is paid off. How can we protect ourselves from anything these days? They better not call a***n.

This is a phishing scam. The caller is calling to say i have an account in collections due to a payday loan and they are about to file a lawsuit.  I have never taken out a payday loan in my life.  Fortunately they are calling my google voice number and I just blocked them.

I received a call from this number today.  It said I have a lawsuit pending a***nst me and my SSN#.  These people are complete scam artists and are running illegitimate collections.  Don't fall for their tricks.  Ask for their full name, company name, and address because you are going to report them to the authorites.  The calls will stop.

calling me at my job. says have a lawsuit filed a***nst me but will not email me any information and just says it is from a pay day loan, but  will not say who the suit is from. but i have had calls like these and they were not legitimate companies.
