Telemarketers Go Away Claims to be Police charity looking for ****ers to collect money for them Very confrontational ; uppity and rude. caller need to practice his lines.

They call at least 10-20 times a day leaving voicemails everytime saying ky lawyer needs to contact them and that I owe money for a payday that I received in late December early January.

A man has called our human resources offices numberous times. He says his name is John Dibbs. He is exceedingly rude and verbally abusive to our office staff. He YELLS AND SHOUTS that he must speak with a worker regarding COLLECTIONS for their personal/private banking accounts and issues that have nothing to do with the office. He does not have any signed creditor release, nor able to send any official court do***entation warrenting a paycheck garnishment. We cannot****ist him as he does not have the proper paperwork! We cannot release data without signed release from our workers, but we can try to pass along a phone message. HE YELLS AND SCREAMS at our phone receptionist and we are looking to pursue legal options to stop the abusive calls.

Called once just before 10 PM my time and a***n just before 11 PM.  Didn't leave a message or anything.

i also recieved calls from this number they mention same mode you have allegations and charges and a lawsuit a***nst your ss# and name they will give an ammount of 5-8000 and say if settled with them it will be a /1,500 and we can make payment arrangement so  you can give them a credit card or money gram so they will not be tracked also you must sign so****ing, someone did this never got a reciept the calls are from other company the same thing they were scam for the same thing. what can we do if they already have your info# the calls will keep happening, harrasssing your job/ i had to c****e my phone number, some of these people are very rude. if you do not comply with this they will theaten you about you will be arrested, they do try to comfirmed your information/ another thing they will ask for your attorney to get back with them/ they always end with god bless and good luck with this legal matter.

I called the number and they told me that they are a law firm by the name of Latin and Walton.  Can not fine any listing for them anywhere. Would not tell me what city or state they are from.  The guy leaving a message is Shawn Dawson, but he has a very heavy accent.

I received a call from this phone number as well, but during these call i received 4 different ph #'s incl: 1234567890, 818 661 4735, 818 532 9294, 6993435. I was smart enough to not give them any omney but they are middle eastern people with American names, mine was Kevin Anderson, when I questioned his name address and ph #, or asked how I could get my money back he ranted and raved at me that I took this $$!!! They are scammers...report to everyone incl ur local authorites.
