They call at least 10-20 times a day leaving voicemails everytime saying ky lawyer needs to contact them and that I owe money for a payday that I received in late December early January.

But at least you got good results. They call my phone and tell me that i have a loan out there from sept of 2010 and said that i need to pay it or they are calling the cops. They have been calling my phone since July of last year with the same message. I don't have a loan with the place that they stated that i had taken a loan out since I call the company for that loan and they dont have been in their system .

They will pretend to be the police, ask for theie badge number and I bet you won't get one! They are collectors for pay day loans and VERY unethical, illegal collection practices.

Scam caller is now on this site claiming they are legit.  Don't fall for it!!  They are using every avenue to scam and seem legit.  This person is a scammer and part of the fraud they are committing!!!!

yea right that dont send no cops they r scam artist you cant issue a warrant for someone in a whole different state

This people must be fraud, they say that I owe a payday loan to a company that I never made any contact or transaction. They threat to file a complain in the court for that. I know is a fraud and a lie. I went to the local police department to request an investigation and that's what I recommend everybody to do. Their accent is definitely middle eastern might be indians, arabs or from somewhere else in the middle east.

I have seen many more comment about this 818 532 9297 number .I have taken a loan from money now usa and i forgot to pay them.they call me and i paid through them.i got all the do***ent and i don't have any kind of problem with them.They are true and from legal department.if you are ignoring you will be in problem.

just received another call from this number telling me that I need to call back or my lawyer needs to return a call it is a timesensitive manner involving a business manner of money.  The girl was of indian descent left her name as rachel but no comapny name mentioned.

I told them  I knew it was a scam and i didn't have a bank account in very ****** langage.

DUMB A** DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY SAID I HADE A PAY DAY LOAN ON LINE IN 2011, BUT NO MONEY WAS EVERY PUT INTO MY BANK THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ME FOR 2+ YRS THE 1ST  LOAN WAS 2007, AND YES THEY TOLD ME THE POLICE WOULD BE AT MY HOME IN 2 HRS. TOLD THEM OK WICH THEY NEVER CAME HAD MY FRIEND WHO IS A MOHAVE VALLEY, AZ SO OFFICER RUN MY NAME  AND WOW NO ITMS CAME UP. I CALLED THEM BACK THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY. I WORK WITH THE POLICE DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO CALL THE F.B.I. AND THE F.T.C.

They settled my loan for $550 instead of $780.They are really Helpful ppl helping ppl like us.And the second thing is they are not Indians.

No i won't agree with these above guys. Its really very helpful. And i do have had good experiencewith this ppl. They settled my loan @ $700 instead of $1000. They are really good ppl.

They have called the house 2 times today. The message tells me to get my lawyer to call them back or all they can do for me is "wish me good luck" on this matter.

Sounded like Indians. Said they were a law enforcement office and that I was charged with check fraud... bogus!
