Susan of Burbank There is a couple****ociated with this phone number. They are rippoffs. They sold me an airconditioner that they said weorked perfectly. I had to build a support shelf for it and that took 2 days. I went to plug it in and it's a 20 amp plug that requires a dedicated circuit which is very expensive and they did not say a word about this plug. I've yet to call them as i want my $200 back! I will update this with their reply.
