A female phoned from some attorney's office. (A bogus #) Said it was regarding a $10K balance owed to a credit union by me which I once owed. Wanted to know if I was going to pay it. But it was charged off almost eight yrs. ago in a bankruptcy (which is none of her biz.) I told her no and not to call back.
Byron This number keeps trying scam me. Said they are a bank wanting to loan me money. I have gotten 8 calls from them. This scammer is asking for my personal social security number. I did a google search on the number and it was also listed on Craigslist in Los Angeles and Ventura County I guess this scammer is trying to sell furniture on Craigslist too!
