Anonymous recv'd a spam call twice from this number - beware

I received a call from this number on May 4, 2020. I answered, and the line was dead. Since then, I have been received at least One or Two Phishing Texts per day. And I am seeing unusual attempts to access my wifi. Reporting to the FCC.
Bruce getting multiple calls daily from this number both on landline and cell phone. Even if I answer the phone within 2 rings, the call is disconnected and I hear only dial tone or a fast busy type of sound. If I don't answer the call drops after 4 rings - no message is left on answer ma****e or cell phone. Driving me crazy. How does one stop this. I also receive numerous other calls often indicated as unknown caller, which I choose not to answer.
