Sales call from investment firm

This company keeps calling, once a day. Asking for my mother and knows her name. They want my utility company's account number so to switch without my permission, since I am the account holder. Be careful these companies like to take advantage with the elderly. I simply asked them in Spanish to put me on no call list. She made some nasty reference to me and just sent her to heck.

I filled out form online to get warranty quote. I didn't finish form since it asked too many questions, then it forwarded me to an auto insurance page (which I already have insurance) so I just closed the browser. Apparently, they still retrieved the number and called me twice yes****ay (I didn't answer) and 3 times today.  I finally answered phone, and after talking with rep for over 10 minutes, he gave me a ridiculously high quote, so I ***g up.  Hope they don't call back..
