The representative claims there is a legal matter / civil claim a***nst me. Provided me with a file# and Toll Free to call to obtain additional information. I googled the Toll Free Number (877-765-8042) and no known website was found.

They said they had certified do***ents and to call 8777658042 or 8777619923 and they were going to file them in my county… first call was 2/29/2024 and the new one with same info today 3/5/2024. The caller had the same voice, just different name.

Called to say they would serve me in 48 hours if I didn’t call 1877 number who wants all my information for civil lawsuit. They had no info

They said my daughter had a court date and needed to call the attorney right away. They gave me a case number and a phone number. I called the number and was told they could not tell me anything. They had to talk to my daughter.
