Said I owe from a bill back in 2016....1,572.47 but they would take 818.39. something bout cival suit and lawyer fee of 5,000 if I didn't pay go to court. Even gave me an extension number 118. But when you call they say Legal Department. 877 765 8042

Claimed he was trying to verify a family members information for a “business opportunity”. Then got an attitude with me when I asked him who he was and why he need ME to verify when he should just call the person. Called me a “smart***” and said he would call other people to verify.

The representative claims there is a legal matter / civil claim against me. Provided me with a file# and Toll Free to call to obtain additional information. I googled the Toll Free Number (877-765-8042) and no known website was found.

They said they had certified do***ents and to call 8777658042 or 8777619923 and they were going to file them in my county… first call was 2/29/2024 and the new one with same info today 3/5/2024. The caller had the same voice, just different name.

Called to say they would serve me in 48 hours if I didn’t call 1877 number who wants all my information for civil lawsuit. They had no info

Regaurding judicial services and an active order that has been issued to my location, however not able to give my correct location.

They said there was a judicial litigation court date against me and they provided me with an 877 phone number if I want to get more information ????

They said my daughter had a court date and needed to call the attorney right away. They gave me a case number and a phone number. I called the number and was told they could not tell me anything. They had to talk to my daughter.
