Caller states he has paperwork from the District Attorney Office from the County I live in. Says the do***ents are sealed and can't tell me what it's about. He then says he can transfer me to company that filed the papers. He pretends to transfer me and introduce himself as someone different. I question him on it and he says he is not the same person! He try's to tell me I have an unpaid debt and if I don't pay I am going to jail. Which is illegal as debt collectors can't do that! I question him on who I owe money too and he goes off on this long riff and how much I need to pay. Never tells me who I owe money too. Finally ****s up after I refuse to pay.
