I did not order this item...(Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 Laptop - Intel Core i5-1035G1 - 10th Gen - 128GB SSD - 8GB SDRAM - 3.6GHz - Windows 10 - FHD Touch Screen - Silver - New)...nor do I know anyone in Delaware.
