spam call never answered. googled the number and found this site. the call came on wed jan. 28th.

I am not making a complaint just letting all these people know that my mom Mrs. Leticia Garza was a victim of iden***y theft. Its was very hard for her when we told her what was going on and the way we found out about it.Who ever did this really ruined my mothers life.I dont know what they ***ned out of it but sure hope that they are caught.Yes it is my mothers name and information but i can garantee its not her making all this calls!!!

Automated call saying this was the final warning that my vehicle warranty was about to expire and to stay on the line to talk to a representative or press a ****on to end the notifications. I got this same call about 6 months ago. Complete BS, im the 3rd owner of my vehicle, the warranty expired in 2000. I try to call them back, and the number is no longer in service. Go figure.

I just got this call a few minutes ago. So****ing about a car warranty. This should be a***nst the law. This is crazy. I get this call about every other week on my cell. It's really ****ing me off.

I get a recording claiming that my auto warranty is about to expire and that I should stay on the line to extend it. These people have nothing to do with my auto warranty. It expired 36 years ago. This is a scam.

Unsolicited company calls my cell phone and I GET CHARGED EVERY TIME THEY CALL - I get a recording and never talk to a person - these people should be stopped from being permitted to randomly dial cell phones

This number actually has a name attached to it when you look it up with reverse search. Did not pick it up. Second unknown number today.

This number, along with several other numbers, call me and have the same recording telling me my vehicle is about to lose warranty coverage... My car is 21 years old! It's already lost it! Between the numbers, I get several calls a week, sometimes with in 10 minutes of each other! I've asked repeatedly to be taken off, and still they haven't removed me from their calling list.

Keeps calling to "remind me that the factory warranty on my vehicle is about to expire." It's an automated message when I answer, and doesn't leave a message when I don't answer. They've called at least a dozen times. I have no vehicle.

This is the 3rd or 4th call for a "your warranty is about to expire" on a contract that I do not have. This is a taped message, no human to talk to.

"Your car Warranty is about to expire, etc." I actually talked to a "service rep", asked her my make of car, got the "you have a car built between 1995 and 2008", I said no, she ***g up. Everyone here is complaining...is there anything that can actually be done about this types of calls?

WOW...how is it that this car warranty BS goes to a cell phone? The funny thing is, I only use my cell maybe a few times a week, if that. When they call the house, I make them come to the line so I can ask them about my 95 Chevy Caprice and then I tell them I hope they can find a GOOD job someday. Looks w***ver it is has had a busy day so far.

This is an autodialed telemarketing caller that opens with "Don't make the mistake of driving without a warranty." Highly annoying and regularly calls despite my registration on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Calls cell phone and home phone - on do not call list. Left a message about car warranty about to exire, last chance before being removed from the list. REMOVE ME ALREADY!! That's a GOOD thing. Immediate call back to the number says that it is not in service. THese are annoying, illegal calls. Make them stop.

These guys have been calling me for at least two years. S****ed on my land line and now they're calling my cell phone. They claim my auto warranty has expired and this is my last chance to renew it-every time. Too bad I don't have an auto warranty, and never have. I've requested not to be called many times and they always **** up on me. Today I threatened to sue the company if they didn't stop calling me. The guy said he would have to ask his manager and only if he OK'd it would they be able to remove me from the "list". I got irate and threatened to sue a***n, and he ***g up. Originally, he told me they were located in California and that I could reach them at the number from which they called. He lied.

****** scammers call my cell countless times. It wastes my minutes and annoys the***** out of me. This is illegal, make it stop! These people need to be arrested asap.

Thes people have been using an automated system and calling us on our "CELL PHONE" to tell us our extended warranty has ran out on a car we have not had since 2004, and we have contacted them and told them to remove our name from the system, but they never do. We have been getting calles from these people since the extended wwarranty expired in 2005 (over threee years of calls and they will not stop. We have been put on a do not call list and makes no difference.
