No one is there when you answer.

I answered the phone, but there was not anyone on the other side of the phone call.  Seems like an ineffective way for government officials to do business.

It was Congressman Sam Farr. He has been having telephone town hall meetings and contacts people in his area to ask if they are interested in joining in on the call.
