They called me a few weeks ago, then yesterday again. No message, rang only once. Call back, recording saying it is disconnected.

Android User This number called my private home number, but I didn't answer. When I dialed *69, it told me that the phone number was disconnected. How can it call me if it's disconnected? When I called *69 again and pressed "1" to activate automatic callback, it told me that the number could not be automatically called back. My suspicion is that it is a truncated line and not a main number.
