This guy called my number back in November 2010 from (214) 960-2586 (Investigator Howard) claiming to be an investigator. Now he's investigator Russell Tries to sound like they are the police or some kind of law enforcement.They are bill collectors.This has got to be illegal! The sad part is they keep asking for someone I do know nor have ever known. I'm reporting them to my local police! FED UP!

Yes, got a call from them this am and said that they had a warrant out, but due to no history of check fraud, the company suing me is willing to work out a payment plan and split 2 payments of $625 over the course of 2 months.  I asked what the original debt was, not the $1,450 they want me to pay and they couldn't provide me the info.  I was close to giving them my information when I s****ed asking more questions.  Then when I asked if they could send me an email for some sort of letter, they said ok and will transfer me and then nothing.3 hours later, they call back after I've called asking for information and the lady said someone there spoke to Instant Payday Loan saying they will settle for $800.  Just hours ago they said they weren't willing to settle for less than $200 of the $1,450!

I recieved a call from this number saying that I wrote a bad check to a payday loan place back in 2006. they said if I didnt pay a warrant would be issued for my arrest! LOL SCAMMERS! Watch out People!
