Harassment calls and texts

Would not tell me what the call was pertaining to OR remove my phone number from whatever "list" my phone number was on until I told him my full name and last four of my SSN or date of birth.

This man is a scam artist! He purposely causes accidents by slamming on breaks so he can collect from insurance and make your rates go sky high. Barely tapped his ***ber claiming back injuries then mixes me up with another person hes trying to scam and says he slammed into someone sfter our minor fender ****** so how can h know which accident caused hus supposed back injuries. I
