jackie This is a scam. They want you to money gram them money for a payday loan or other debts. He used the name James O Connor. The last call I got from him he said he was my local police. I called the the police and they said it is a scam because they did not call. He is very good at what he does because he all your information. He slao knows how to use a number from your area because when called saying that he was from the police he had my local police number come up on my caller ID. Becareful for this guy. He also says he is from Wienburg, ****ran, & Irwin Law out of Texas.
