Erika S. Gentleman called, immediately asked for Anna, I said you have reached Erika. He said Sorry, the system is phone number specific not name specific. I said Ok, what do you want? He then asked (again) Is this Anna, and I went No, just told you that. He sort of laughed it off and hung up. Very sketchy call and caller. It did sound like he was in a call center.
