Man with Indian accent ( from India), I work in a motel, I told him my name and he kept saying,.."Do you know who I am Meeleesa ?" I ***g up.
Called from private by left this number as their call back number. Said they would be serving me papers at home and at work. Would do***ent my refusal and I would miss my day in court if they couldn't get me to sign. Total scam. I open all of my mail and pay all my bills. Just for safe measure I did a local clerk of courts search on my name and nothing has been filed. Ignore them!
Daniel This is a known scam! They tell you they are a process server and they will be serving you in one day. They also ask you to call a number like the one in TX. They will ask you for x amount of $$$ to make it all go away. Do not call them and do not give them any information! Ignore the call!
