Claimed to be XFinity checking my modem. I dismissed him very rudely.

Keep receiving calls and they called a relative as well. I don’t know how they even got their number. Calls originate from a local number but leave this number as a call back. Leave intimidating messages saying I’m being investigated.
obviously a scammer trying to cheat people. I am disappointed with this with this "been Verified" company as they turned up no more information than I already had on my own.

Caroline This number called me and said the exact same stuff as stated by Mark. They also called me from another number, 833-387-4381, with the same automated voice and also by "officer charlie" except under this number, it was a different agency.
