Arrowinba I’d say unfortunatly this scam will trick a lot of people. I had my su****ions early on simply because I moved that mortgage 12 years ago. Didn’t seem like a real bank would invest in sending me such a nice letter with actual black stamps, it looks expensive in comparison to any letter I’ve received in years. It could be a a legitimate business, but it’s definitely not the lending company that the letter says it is. So they are trying to trick average people that bought a house pre 2020 since housing prices are almost double in my area. if you called the number, let me save you time now. They want you to switch your insurance company and they’re gonna give you many reasons to do that.
