MOST LIKELY A NATIONAL COLLECTION AGENCY. Got a voicemail from this number on 9/29/21. So****ing about paperwork, a case number, named a business client I knew many years ago, named my address, which is unpublished. I called back not less than 10 times, speaking to different people, was ***g up on several times once they concluded I wasn’t the person they were looking for. A couple calls stated they were in LA, one called stated New York city. At one point I had contacted an operator/switchboard, who told me she routed calls to five different office locations throughout the country. Told by one person the local police needed to talk to this person mentioned on the voicemail and this LA law firm was serving the papers- a lie. I called the local PD, they had no interest in this person. On my last call, I questioned the specifics of how they****ociated my address with the person they were looking for, to which due to my insistence, the man became very irate, and insulting. - a real NY DBag. After the call, I concluded this most likely was a collection agency attempting to contact a former business client of mine, in a desperate way. Nonetheless, this is a real bottom dweller outfit, I would avoid them even if they owed money and intended to pay it. If I were selling a debt, to a collection agency, I would not do business with this very sketchy unprofessional organization.

Person called my wife, my brother, and sister in law, but didn't call me. Hmmm...when I called the number, they said they had to "pull my file from counsel" LOL. They put me on hold for about 15 minutes and never came back. I tried calling back and only got an answering ma****e after about 20 rings, and all it said was "you have reached the legal dept. Leave your name and number and ref number and REPEAT the ref number" and that was it. No name of company or anything! Sounds like a scam to me! Good luck!
