Catfishing scam for 3,400

Purports to be California EDD stopping benefits payments.

This person attempted to scam my buddy, claiming his daughter and sent them **** photos and she was under age. I spoke with the police about this, and they are going to act on it. Unfortunately it is probable that he is not in this country and that the number is s****ed.

He said his name was Pat

I've been getting calls around 4am from this number. I believe it's a scammer trying to ***t me by swit****g numbers around. It also comes up as Moss for me?
