The same thing happened to me today, the very same day as Kate! "Robo Voice says I'm about to be arrested for tax fraud unless I call this IRS Agent back." I didn't pick up, just heard the completely bogus voicemail saying that the US Treasury Dept has filed a lawsuit a***nst me.
