This caller (James Smith Badge I.D. 971256) claimed I owed a tax amt of $3868. He had such a strong foreign (India) accent I couldn't understand him so I asked to speak to a supervisor. A second person got on the line also with a strong foreign accent. When I asked him to repeat himself he LAUGHED and ***G UP.
