No one there when you pick up phone. Returned call "cannot be completed as dialed."
Who has this number?
Other Sites list this nuisance caller as SC Firefighters but most people report calls with odd behavior. This has been going on for some time. Their behavior at times appears to be that they are just finding out if there is a live person at home. When I answered the phone to this number, someone physically ***g-up immediately.
