TheThis telephone number doesn't actually exist - There is NO 977 exc****e in the 843 area code.That's why when you try to call it back, you get a disconnected number message or a continual ring. It's a computer "*****r&q­uot; dialing program fishing for live phone numbers. The software they're using sends out a false caller ID number. If you answer the call, or even if your answering ma****e or voice mail picks up the call, the *****r knows it has found a live account that is NOT a fax ma****e. The Spanish message is gibberish, doesn't actually say anything. Once your number is recorded, it is sold to telemarketers as an active line. They tried to phone me while I was in school, missed the call but I looked it up on everycall and found out it was from SC. It's annoying that they would phone from there since I live in Alberta and my phone is pay as you go, so it costs me money that I do not have.

Got a call from 843 977 2121 . I just got this phone and only 3 people have my number, so I ignored this one. I'm****uming it's a telemarketer, as I've seen this number come up online as such.

This number is a s****ed caller id. The orginal orgin according to Verizon is coming directly out of mexico and there looking at the possiblity of blocking it nation wide. The message states that you have one 1 thousand us dollars and please press 1 to be directly connected to a support rep and they will supposidly take your info. If you press 1 there system logs your Phone number and then they s**** using your number to s**** with. So please take my advice dont answer it.
