I received an email of an invoice that said my account was being charged $466.98. There was a customer ID number, purchase date and other legitimate looking information. It says for lifelong 360. I have not signed up for that and my account has not been charged. There was a phone number that had been disconnected. I googled lifelock real number. When I called there was an option that said if you had received an email from them it was spam and where to report it. I think someone was trying to get more information from me.

Microsoft support They pretend to be Miicrosoft support and tell you there is no charge but when they transfer you to a supervisor he demands $500 to fix your problem

Caller ID says, 800 service. They are never on the line. I get these from different operations. SCAM.
