Pending litigation
Charged $700 for Lifetime 24/7 service…tried to reach them Fri/Sat/Sun….voicemail with a different company name. Cannot NOT verify their claimed****ociation with Microsoft! They refused to provide proof or refund $700.
They left a voicemail and the transcription said it was ATT Directv and that I could get 50% off of a plan if I call number back on my caller-id.
