This number was provided in a notification about software renewal billing. It purports to be a Microsoft customer care number. But when I called the number the "representative" wanted me to buy gift cards from Amazon or a nearby store to pay for software.

The text read "for protection purposes your Chase account was locked, proceed to ****** to re***n access" (x's indicate a hyper link that was embedded in the text)
